The candidate should preferably have significant experience with litigation procedures, including responding to pleadings, drafting motions, and experience managing all aspects of discovery. Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in Florida. 2-5 years of insurance litigation is required.

The candidate must have a strong academic background, good research and writing skills, and the ability and desire to interface directly with client representatives and opposing counsel.
