Tallahassee office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate associate attorney with 3-6 years of relevant experience. The candidate will work on a broad array of matters statewide in the areas of real estate, land development, land use, and environmental. Will negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, lease agreements, and construction documents. Review transactional documents, including title work, surveys, technical reports, and development agreements. Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions. Prepare, review, and analyze contracts, agreements, covenants, and other legal documents. Negotiate land development agreements, governmental approvals, and other land entitlements. Work on a team including land planners, paralegals, and executive assistants. Must be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school. Should preferably be familiar with multiple aspects of commercial real estate, including contract preparation and negotiation, acquisition, financing, project planning and development, construction, leasing, and disposition of real estate assets. Must be a well-rounded, confident, organized, and highly motivated attorney with strong interpersonal skills. Must have outstanding writing, analytical and communication skills along with strong client service values.
