Real Estate Attorney

Baton Rogue office of our client seeks real estate attorney with 10 years of experience. The candidate will draft and review leases and purchase/sale agreements. Will focus on handling commercial acquisitions and sales, financing, lending, leasing and land use. Must have experience with diverse, commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, loans, development, management, and leasing. Experience with real estate finance and/or real estate development is a plus. Portable business is essential. Should have Bar Admission.
