Transactional Associate Attorney

Fort Worth office of our client seeks transactional associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate should ideally have experience including acquisitions and dispositions; lending and financing; business planning; and contract law. Should have real estate law experience. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Business background preferred (undergraduate studies, experiences).

The candidate must have the desire to grow their own business using the firm's resources and reputation. Should have competitive academic credentials. Possesses good organizational, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to define challenges, analyze problems, and implement solutions in a proactive and positive manner is essential. Should have high attention to detail in fast paced and dynamic work environment. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities making sound decisions is essential. Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet competing deadlines is needed. Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.
