Employment Rights Solicitor

London office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Employment Rights Group. The candidate will be responsible for a varied caseload, working on behalf of the Police Federation and Trade Union clients. Will be maintaining and overseeing the file management of a complex, varied caseload of predominantly employment law cases. Responsible for all aspects of Employment law work including providing top-level technical expertise and guidance to other team members. Providing the highest level of client care, advice and representation to the clients. Building relationships with internal and external parties. Dealing with collective and policy matters; including trade union and industrial law, as well as public law and human rights-related employment issues. Participating, with other fee earners in marketing activities including networking. Must have knowledge of Employment Tribunal rules of procedure and the litigation process.

The candidate should have organisational skills and attention to detail. Must have the ability to successfully manage an individual billing target. A willingness to actively drive and encourage cross referrals is essential.
