The ideal candidate must have strong substantive knowledge of intellectual property and contract law; drafting, negotiation, and counseling experience with a wide variety of Intellectual Property and technology-related transactions, including license agreements, development agreements, distribution agreements, data sharing agreements, and service agreements. Should have mergers and acquisitions experience, including conducting Intellectual Property and commercial due diligence, and drafting and negotiating Intellectual Property reps and warranties.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school. Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed. Must have strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and sense of humor.

Although the San Francisco office of this full-service, multi-national juggernaut is known primarily for its large Litigation department, its Business department is growing and, in fact, includes an outstanding International Transactions practice.
