Framingham office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior litigation associate with 7-10 years of litigation experience. The candidate must have substantial experience in handling small and large, complex business litigation matters. The candidate must have experience in arguing substantive/dispositive motions. Must have significant deposition experience, with the ability to both take and defend key depositions. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts (Member of the Massachusetts Bar). Multiple state Bar admissions are a plus.

The candidate must have a strong academic background with a JD Degree from an accredited law school. Must have excellent writing and analytical skills. Must have the ability to draft pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses etc., with minimal supervision. Must be high self-motivation with a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task, as well as a desire to take certain cases and run with them. Must have strong academic and professional credentials. Must have stellar client relations skills. Must have excellent research capabilities. Must have exceptional technical skills and be organized and extremely detail oriented. Must have the ability to manage most phases of litigation with little or no partner supervision.
