Litigation Associate Attorney

Dayton office of our client seeks litigation associate attorney with preferably 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should have litigation and trial experience, including deposition and courtroom experience. Prior experience with insurance industry clients is a plus. Must have a license to practice in Ohio. License to practice in Indiana or Kentucky is a plus.

strong research and writing skills and the abilities to meet quick time deadlines and comply with client guidelines. Must have a J.D. degree.

As a litigation firm, the attorneys here serve governmental entities and businesses. Their areas of practice include criminal defense, education law, health care defense, insurance defense, bad faith, cyber security, and government practice. Their offices are located in Ohio.
