Birmingham office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will primarily be working on real estate litigation, business litigation, insurance coverage, and intellectual property litigation. Doing depositions, hearings, trials, and brief writing. Experience prior to law school in real estate or business may be helpful. Must have experience drafting pleadings and briefs, taking depositions, arguing motions, and collecting evidence. Alabama Bar license is required, and additional licensures are desirable.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, including any of the following: law review, moot court, court externship, clinical experience, or trial advocacy experience. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrably strong organization skills, and a high degree of motivation.
