Bridgewater office of our client seeks a litigating personal injury attorney with 8 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Personal Injury case. Will be opening new files, creating litigation plans, conducting discovery. Should have experience in the following: Independently handling 1st and 3rd party auto litigation; Development of case strategy and advising Firm clients accordingly; Preparation of Motions, Briefs, Case Evaluation Summaries, and Facilitation Summaries; Ability to conduct discovery, including written discovery and taking and defending depositions; Working in both State and Federal Courts. Being bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus. Must have Bar admission.
