Duties

• Assist developers, owners, investors, and lenders in various real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate key transactional documents, including joint ventures, LLC agreements, leases, and financing arrangements.

• Collaborate with a team on intricate legal issues while managing independent responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to real estate transactions.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of significant experience in real estate transactions.
• Practical knowledge of loans, joint ventures, leasing agreements, and LLC structures.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active admission to the California Bar or eligibility to gain admission promptly.

Skills

• Demonstrative writing ability with attention to detail.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Prior business experience in commercial real estate is highly advantageous.
