San Diego office of our client seeks employment law attorney with 3+ years of counseling and litigation law experience. The candidate will assume a major role in employment litigation and counseling in a wide range of employment cases. Will manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial. Have extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Assist with workplace investigations. Draft and respond to correspondence. Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar. Wage and hour class action/PAGA experience is highly preferred.

Possess strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly motivated professional who can take initiative and work independently as well as within a team.
