Bowling Green office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an intake attorney, preferably with 1 year of Sales Management experience. The candidate will join the plaintiff firm practicing personal injury law. Will sell the value of the firm, mentoring, and developing the intake team. Serve as the firm on-call attorney as needed. Receive intake calls and/or inquiries from potential clients to determine if the firm will accept the case. Review all cases scheduled for sign-up and make pre-appointment calls to clients scheduled for sign-up prior to investigators meeting with them. Review dashboards daily to determine if the proper decision was reached on a case. Review cases prior to signing up for conflicts of interest and any 3rd party/another liability claim. Handle all rejection calls to people who we cannot help. Approval of any correspondence to potential clients wherein the firm doesnt undertake representation. Assists prospective client(s) with intake interview(s), process, and paperwork. Review medical records sent in by potential clients. Correspond with litigation attorneys to determine the assignment of cases. Return after an hour and weekend calls from potential clients. Answer rollover calls when intake staff is not available. Review new leads and make sure they are responded to in a timely manner. Review firm conversion rates and sign-up ratios. Monitor the investigator's calendar. Take calls from investigators during sign-up appointments. Review case assignments with Case Entry Coordinator and assist when needed. Review conflicts and police report for Case Entry Coordinator. Listen to incoming/outgoing calls made by intake staff. Answer complaint calls. Teach new staff about the unauthorized practice of law during onboarding. Answer ethical questions for the firm as they arise. Develop intake scripts. Continued input and development on intake forms. Manages Client intake process. Monitor and/or work assigned (see above) reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for the intake team for questions, issues, and legal direction. Partner with Firms Operations and firm owner to effectively select new intake staff (as needed) and develop existing staff through regular training and performance feedback. Monitor, analyze, and report out social media reviews (I.E., GOOGLE/FB). Partner with other firms' team members to ensure that all clients and/or prospective clients receive first-class customer service. 3 years of Legal and/or Intake experience is preferred. Must be an Active member of the State Bar and have a valid License required for the state primarily practicing law. Additional License(s) for additional states are Preferred.
