The candidate should have experience with privacy and data security laws on a federal and state level as well as experience with data privacy, incident response, data breach laws, forensic investigations, cybersecurity, cyber preparedness, privacy policy drafting, global privacy, and data management policy issues, trends and initiatives. Intellectual property experience and/or interest in intellectual property law is desirable. Must have fluency in Spanish. Should have Bar admission.
