Business Law Attorney

Saint Cloud office of our client seeks business law attorney preferably with 3+ years of experience. The candidate should be able to handle existing client's needs, along with helping to expand the practice. Preference will be given to candidate with direct client experience working in a law firm, accounting firm, or as in-house counsel or have a background in tax.

This firm is located in St. Cloud, Minnesota and offers its services in the following areas: bankruptcy, commercial collection, and creditors' rights; business and corporate law; business, commercial, and employment litigation; condemnation/eminent domain; personal injury; insurance defense; employment law for employers; government law, professional liability; real estate law; wills, probate, estate planning and trusts; and workers' compensation.
