Wilmington office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks trust and estates associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, including expertise in drafting sophisticated estate planning documents. The candidate should preferably have an LL.M. degree in a tax-related discipline. DE Bar admission is essential. This position is a non-partnership track position.
The candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills. In addition, should be self-motivated, be able to work in fast-paced, high energy environment, and be able to independently handle significant numbers of matters of varying complexity.
