Real Estate Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate associate attorney with 5-7 years of commercial transactional experience including financing, leasing, sales and acquisitions, and/or development matters. The candidate will work on commercial real estate development and complex financing transactions in California and other states. Work on real estate purchase and sales, equity acquisitions and sales, entity formation and structuring, securities offerings, debt financing, mezzanine financing, development and construction, leasing, and management and operations. Must have an active membership in the California State Bar.

The candidate must have a JD from an accredited university. Must have strong interpersonal skills such as the ability to develop and nurture relationships with colleagues, clients and industry partners. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be detail orientation and pride in work. Must have good judgment, responsiveness, and perseverance. Must have intellectual curiosity and desire to learn. Must have self-motivation and desire to build a positive reputation for the firm. Must have a commitment to client service and team success.
