Commercial Lending Associate Attorney

Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a commercial lending associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience representing lenders in commercial lending transactions at a law firm, bank, or other finance company. The candidate will be representing lenders in commercial finance transactions, in particular, secured and unsecured bank and private equity fund lending from origination through documentation. Will be advising banks, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in documenting credit transactions, including asset-based lending, syndicated, and bilateral matters; cross-border experience is a plus. Working familiarity with UCC Article 9 and mortgage and property law is required. Must be members in good standing or eligible to waive into the North Carolina Bar.

The candidate must have strong communication and client relations skills and the ability to simultaneously handle multiple transactions. Should preferably have strong interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills, superior academic credentials, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
