The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, effective oral advocacy skills, excellent legal research, analytics and writing abilities, and an established track record of hard work and initiative. Knowledge of, and interest in, the area of school law, particularly special education law, is preferred. Proficiency in LexisNexis is a plus. Should also possess strong marketing interests and skills.
