Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate attorney with 5+ years of substantive experience in both commercial and residential real estate, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to the acquisition and disposition of property, and financing/loan transactions. The candidate should have experience coordinating due diligence reviews (including title and survey) and closings. Experience representing commercial real estate purchasers and residential builders and developers is preferred. Must be licensed to practice in North Carolina. Additional license to practice in South Carolina is preferred.
