Buffalo office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks trademark attorney with 3+ years of experience with trademark clearance, prosecution (including the preparation of substantive responses to USPTO office actions) and enforcement (including, preparing and responding to cease and desist letters). The candidate will join its growing Intellectual Property practice group. Experience with intellectual property agreements, UDRP actions, TTAB proceedings, and matters related to the use of trademarks on social media platforms is required. Experience in copyright law is also a plus.
