Public Agency/Municipal Associate Attorney Needed for Pasadena Firm

Pasadena office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks public agency associate attorney with 2 years of experience in law practice. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of assigned client matters, including case research, client relationship management, diligent counsel, intra-firm coordination, and case outcomes. Will be reporting to the Senior Counsel and in conjunction with the Partner, take a focused approach in delivering high-quality client service via effective case management and high-value legal counsel. Perform legal research, and prepare legal memoranda. Maintain updated knowledge, and continued learning in with emphasis in public agency law. Directly manage, supervise, and lead assigned administrative personnel. Generate business by building, retaining, and growing trusted client relationships via ongoing communication, maintaining a thorough understanding of client needs, interests, concerns, goals, options. Ensure thorough execution of drafting and reviewing documents as it pertains to assigned cases and projects. Maintain effective coordination with opposing counsel and other involved parties as needed.

The candidate should have Juris Doctorate and California Bar Accreditation required. Should have proficient communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to effectively research, read, interpret, and organize information with accuracy and consistency. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all organizational levels within a diverse and fast-paced environment.
