Mid- to Senior-level Associate Attorney or Counsel

Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid- to senior-level associate attorney or counsel with significant experience with the compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions (buy-side). The candidate should be proficient in Sections 83, 280G, and 409A of the IRC and should have experience drafting stock option plans, profits interest agreements, and executive employment agreements.
