Duties

• Meet with clients and initiate lawsuits.
• Conduct written discovery and respond to requests.
• Schedule and attend depositions of fact witnesses.
• Engage and work with expert witnesses.
• Attend court hearings and mediations.
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court.
• File post-trial motions and attend related meetings.

Requirements

• Active law license in Florida.
• Proven success in jury trials, with at least two as lead attorney.
• Ability to manage a large caseload effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Confident courtroom demeanor and trial readiness.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
