Corporate Counsel for Technology Company in NJ

Ridgefield Park office of our client seeks corporate counsel with 3-5 years of legal experience in a publicly-traded company or corporate department of law firm. The candidate will serve in public company corporate compliance; legal research and due diligence. Should have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating services, SaaS, licensing, consulting, reseller and other agreements in support of services, platforms and solutions. Broad-based working knowledge of the US and international privacy legislation is essential. Must have broad exposure to intellectual property law. Strong interpersonal skills; proven ability to communicate and liaise with members of all areas and levels of an organization and its clients essential. Effective time management skills are needed. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills are essential. Should have strong PC skills- Word; Excel; Outlook. Should have Admission to New Jersey Bar or eligible for New Jersey limited license for in-house counsel.
