Madison office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3 years of banking experience with financial institution lending and compliance. The candidate should have compliance experience. Familiarity with federal financial services and consumer protection regulations including TILA, RESPA, ECOA, BSA, EFTA, FCRA, HMDA, Flood regulations, GLBA, and UDAAP is required. Familiarity with the Wisconsin Consumer Act is a plus. Experience with reviewing and documenting loan transactions is also a plus.

The candidate should have Bachelors degree in a related field. A Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school is required. Must have the ability to work independently or with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies. Should have the strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. The ability to negotiate, research, and communicate verbally and in writing effectively is required. Adaptability and attention to detail are needed.
