Leesburg office of our client seeks foreclosure and bankruptcy associate attorney with 3-7 years of experience. The candidate will work in both foreclosure and bankruptcy practice areas. Will develop and share subject matter expertise with clients, partners and members of the firm. Provide legal and compliance review and proofing of all necessary foreclosure and bankruptcy documents, including Chapter 7, Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 cases (both real and personal property; and attend hearings. Must be admitted in MD Bar and willing to waive into VA and DC. Additional existing licenses are a plus: DC, VA, DE, MI, RI, NH and MA. Bilingual is a plus.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree or better in Law.
