Private Investment Funds Counsel

Overland Park office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a private investment funds counsel with 1-year of experience. The candidate will be representing sponsors and investors in private investment fund formations. Drafting and negotiating to offer memoranda, LPAs, side letters, subscription documents, and investment management agreements. Sponsor-level agreements involving the general partner and management company entities, including carried interest participation vehicles. Working knowledge of investment advisory and investment company exemptions related to private fund managers and private funds. Other requirements include excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
