Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a business immigration associate attorney with 5+ years of experience working on a range of employment-based immigration matters including developing immigration strategies, programs, and processes for corporate employers to manage their foreign national workforce. The candidate will conduct in-depth research and stay abreast of changes in the law and practice and draft client updates on any important developments. Review case work and develop a clear case strategy at the outset. Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in the United States, including E-1/2/3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM labor certifications, I-140 immigrant petitions, and I-485 adjustment of status applications. Draft responses to requests for evidence. Partner with colleagues to resolve client issues, share information, and support client projects. Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural, case processing issues, and case strategy. Supervise the work of paralegal staff in case and document preparation.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials and references. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships are required.
