Mid- to Senior level Corporate Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-senior level corporate associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience representing public company clients in M&A and capital market transactions, as well as in disclosure and compliance matters. The candidate will serve in the public company M&A and capital markets practice. Will handle day-to-day needs of clients and take an active role in managing client relationships. Must have extensive experience representing public companies in M&A, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, counseling public companies on disclosure, corporate governance, and SEC and stock exchange reporting and compliance matters, as well as preparation of Exchange Act filings, such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and proxy statements.
