Atlanta office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 1+ year of litigation experience. The candidate will respond to discovery. Will manage a caseload of prelitigation files and a caseload of litigation files. Perform legal research, draft motions, complaints, pleadings, and other litigation documents, as necessary. Attend court hearings as required. Provide excellent service to all clients. Prepare for the second chair trial and prepare litigation cases for trial. Represent clients in personal injury accidents, auto, slip & fall, motorcycle, wrongful death, premises liability, and product liability. Must be in good standing and have a Georgia license. Should preferably have prior personal injury experience, confident, compassionate, be motivated to learn, and eager to excel.
