Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors Rights Associate

Hackensack office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors rights associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will directly support attorneys in the firms growing Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditors' Rights practice. Will have the opportunity to work on related matters with the support of the firms deep commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, white-collar litigation, and insurance litigation practice groups. Must have very strong academic records with excellent writing and analytical skills. A judicial clerkship is helpful. Bar membership in New Jersey is mandatory.
