Sarasota office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation attorney with experience. The candidate will guide clients through pre-litigation, administrative proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, trial, post-trial, and the totality of the litigation process. Must be member of the Florida Bar, in good standing.

The candidate should have a proven track record of winning, including serving as first chair on jury trials, in a broad spectrum of legal matters, including complex contract disputes, partner disputes, fraud and fraudulent transfer claims, claims of fraud and undue influence arising during the administration of estates and trusts, bankruptcy creditor and debtor financial workouts, bankruptcy acquisitions and sales, bankruptcy preference actions, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, disputes between surety companies and their principals, construction disputes, and real estate litigation. Must have ability to organize and assemble information gathered during discovery for thoughtful presentation at trial. Professional courtroom presence and desire to try cases is required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft, negotiate, and interpret a variety of documents; effectively build relationships with investigators, expert witnesses, opposing counsel; and convey complex concepts in a concise and understandable manner. Enthusiastic attitude with demonstrated initiative, reliability, and an exceptional drive for results is needed. Ability to work independently and under tight timelines, and to plan and prioritize multiple tasks is required. Should have dedication to client service excellence in a fast-paced, collegial, and engaging environment. Must have a JD degree.
