Mid-level Traditional Labor Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level traditional labor associate attorney with 3+ years of experience (union work, in the private sector, defense side), including taking and defending depositions, drafting motions and position statements, conducting legal research, and preparing for and handling motion hearings and other court appearances. The candidate should preferably have single-plaintiff and class action litigation experience. Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar.

The candidate should have strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career. Must have the opportunity to assume significant responsibility, including frequent client contact. Should have solid academic performance in law school.
