Austin office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior family law attorney with 4 years of experience taking ownership of clients' contested family law cases, including discovery, pleadings, motions, collaboration, mediation, pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and trials. The candidate will develop case strategies and locate applicable rules of procedure to support those strategies. Will exhibit confidence and competence while representing clients in highly contested family law cases within the courtroom. Act as a skilled "dealmaker" to help families reach creative solutions for property and custody disputes outside formal litigation. Possess comprehensive knowledge of property division, custody modifications, parenting plans, the Texas Family Code (TFC), and the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP). Assist clients in evaluating the value of pursuing legal action over minor disputes, demonstrating pragmatism and cost-effectiveness. Thrive in an environment that balances serious work with a lighthearted approach, embodying professionalism, intelligence, integrity, and teamwork. Must have an Active Texas law license.

The candidate should have an exemplary professional demeanor and outstanding problem-solving skills. Must have stellar communication habits to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
