Charleston office of our client seeks senior litigation attorney with experience. The candidate will join a small media, intellectual property and entertainment law firm. Extensive deposition, motion and discovery practice in state and federal civil courts (preferably in South Carolina) is a must. Trial experience is also required. Must preferably have experience of first chair. Experience in media, intellectual property or entertainment law is very helpful. Background in employment law is also helpful.

Strong brief-writing skills is needed. Top 25 law school also a plus.
