Mid-level or Senior Government Contracts Attorney

Virginia Beach office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level or senior government contracts attorney preferably with 6+ years of experience with the federal government, a defense or other government contractor, or with a government contracts practice in a major or boutique law firm. The candidate will have the primary responsibility to provide counsel to clients of the firms government contracting practices. Must possess substantial experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated government contracts and in advising clients about all aspects of government contracting. Additional experience with commercial transactions, export compliance, and international transactions are beneficial. A background in technology and IP-based government contracting is a plus.
