The candidate should have substantial transactional experience representing developers and investors in building, acquiring and financing multifamily and commercial properties as well as a mission-driven orientation to housing and community development. Knowledge of federal, state and New York City affordable housing and community development programs and regulations is preferred.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to doing deals at the highest level.
