Johnstown office of our client seeks a business associate attorney with 1-8 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for performing work on various corporate, real estate, municipal and other transactions. Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

The candidate should be highly-motivated individual with the ability to work independently on the day-to-day management of files, while supporting Partners within the firm. Must possess strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented. Should demonstrate strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills, along with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Firm pays salary plus commission/bonus.
