Municipal Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a municipal attorney with 3 years of relevant work experience in the areas of community development, Redevelopment Dissolution, affordable housing, and related financing. The candidate should preferably have experience in the areas of land use, and zoning and the California Environmental Quality Act are strong. Must have the ability to work closely with public agency staff to review, edit and draft transactional documents, prepare analysis and strategies in connection with the same and interface with regulators, developers, and elected officials.

The candidate should have excellent research, writing, organizational, and communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively and independently as circumstances demand.
