Associate Attorney

Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney preferably with 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience. The candidate will be working with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in connection with their strategic licensing and transactional agreements. Should have experience in contract drafting, including license agreements, collaboration agreements, and supply agreements in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device space. Must have a background in life sciences.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, research, writing, and analytical skills. Should have a J.D. degree.
