Managed Care Litigation and Regulatory Advisory Practice Attorney

Malvern office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks managed care litigation and regulatory advisory practice attorney with 4+ years of litigation experience drafting briefs for dispositive motions, managing discovery, and participating in depositions and court appearances. The candidate will work on interesting and complex insurance coverage and litigation matters, with a particular focus on representing managed care and health insurance clients in a wide array of matters involving ERISA, out-of-network provider reimbursement, and contract disputes, with the flexibility of a reasonable billable hours expectation. Experience litigating ERISA benefits and/or insurance coverage disputes is preferred. Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey (New York/Pennsylvania admissions are a plus).
