Investment Funds Associate Attorney

Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an investment funds associate attorney preferably with 2-6 years of fund formation experience with private fund managers in the structuring, formation, and management of investment funds, and their related management companies specifically as it relates to private equity, private debt, and venture capital funds. The candidate must have experience drafting or reviewing private offering materials. Must be admitted to the TX State Bar.
