Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience with all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution and counseling related to electro-mechanical and software technologies. The candidate will primarily support patent prosecution in electrical engineering technologies, including circuit/chip design and packaging. Must have a technical background in electrical/computer engineering, software, mechanical engineering, or equivalent discipline. Experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications related to electrical engineering, semiconductor chips, circuit design, and packaging is a plus. Should preferably be admitted to the patent Bar. Prior firm experience is required.

The candidate should have an excellent academic record, superior organizational and communication skills (written and oral), a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service, and a creative and strategic approach to prosecution.
