Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

The candidate will join the Labor and Employment department. Will focus on employment litigation, including single plaintiff and class action matters. Wage and hour class action experience is a must. In addition to a strong employment litigation background, experience in providing employment law advice and client counseling is required. Traditional labor law experience is a plus. Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials.
