Lakewood office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation associate attorney with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in mass tort. The candidate will collaborate with Partners in the mass tort process by reviewing documents and preparing for client and expert witness depositions. Will draft complex legal memorandums. Manage a large docket of cases in multiple states. Evaluate the merits of potential cases. Conduct legal research on cases, document review, draft, and respond to discovery. Defend and take depositions including experts. Prepare expert reports and assist with trial preparation. Correspond with opposing counsel and clients to facilitate the legal process. Track and manage SOL analysis. E-filings in state and federal courts. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.

The candidate must have a strong work ethic; possess excellent writing and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, good time management, and be as committed as we are to providing the best service to the clients.
