Northern Virginia office of our client seeks partner-level attorney with 10+ years of government contracts experience. The ideal candidate possesses significant expertise in legal issues faced by government contractors. Should have experience in bid protests, claims, small business set-aside issues, subcontract and teaming arrangements, and related regulatory matters. Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions and other transactions related to the government business is a plus.
