Bridgewater office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks healthcare associate attorney with 2-5 years of healthcare regulatory experience. The candidate will provide counsel on healthcare regulations (Stark Statute, Anti-kickback Statute, False Claims Act and HIPAA) that impact transactions involving health care clients including mergers and acquisitions and contracts and joint ventures between hospitals and physicians. Will draft and negotiate agreements between and among physicians, medical practices, hospitals and other providers for medical and administrative services. Provide counsel on medical staff disciplinary actions. Provide counsel on provider licensing and disciplinary proceedings. Assist in governmental or third party payor investigations and audits of providers. Provide counsel on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement matters and regulatory compliance. Experience in the areas of transactional work and healthcare regulatory counseling essential. Must be Bar admitted in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. New Jersey and New York Bar admission a plus.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate Degree. Must have excellent contract drafting skills. Should have excellent writing and communication skills.
