Mid Level Securities Litigation Associate Attorney

Palo Alto office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level securities litigation associate attorney with experience. The candidate will have significant responsibility in managing cases and like to be part of international practice with opportunities to work with other Firm offices (both U.S. and international). Must have prior securities litigation experience, specifically working on significant briefs, legal research and discovery, and assisting with or taking/defending depositions and witness interviews. Admission to the California Bar is required. Should have strong writing/organizational skills and outstanding academic credentials.
