Santa Maria office of our client seeks estate planning and administration attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will handle a variety of legal matters in the areas of estates, trusts, tax, business and related transactions. Will draft Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney, Family Limited Partnership and LLC Agreements, and other documents for estates with wide ranging net worth. Be responsible for post-mortem administration of estates, and prepare and review contracts, business filings and other documents relevant to business matters. Be involved with handling sophisticated wealth transfer planning, trusts and estates, probate and closely held business matters and related transactions, with a heavy emphasis on the agricultural industry. Experience in estate and tax planning for high net worth individuals and families, as well as experience with estate administration, business succession and taxation issues are essential. Must be Barred in California.
